The Grocery Game Question

Postby Autumn » Fri Jan 11, 2008 11:50 am

I'm on the trial for the grocery game and for 2 weeks or so all I get are Sun-Tuesday lists for Lowe's and Harris Teeter. How am I supposed to go shopping when I don't know the deals? What am I paying for if they never update them. Do you all who use it have this problem? I wanted to post on the message board but can't figure out what I used for a username and passwrd for the boards.

You know, I had the same problem! I tried it for longer than the Trial Period and just didn't think that it was worth it. I think that I did just as well on my own. There are so many message boards and blogs available now with great information. Of course, I'm a firm believer that what works super for one, isn't always meant for another.

HT and Lowes are my two list stores as well and the new GG lists are always posted on Sunday mornings usually between 7:30am and 8am. The lists come out on Sunday so they can include the new coupons for the week.

Initially I had the same worry of possibly missing out on deals when I started my trial. But that hasn't been a problem. And if there is something out of stock by the time I get around to the deals (I did my grocery shopping on Sundays anyway) I can just ask for a raincheck.

Personally, I love my GG! But I'm also proud to say that around Christmas when there was no list (GG holiday) I still saved $54 at HT all on my own!

I did the trial, but I found thecouponmom.com sale lists (for harris teeter and kroger cvs walgreens rite aid target and walmart) to be more up to date, and heck, its free. Just my personal experience!
