healthy meat in charlotte area

ok, so that may be an odd way to state that "health meat".. a very good friend of mine from Anderson, SC - her daughter, Laura, and her husband have a farm in the Charlotte area. they only sell for beef young cows that are free range and fed only natural stuff - i don't know the particulars at the moment, but I plan to buy a half cow (as soon as some of the hot items on my plate are dealt with - probably a few months).. i know that her daughter lived in the country in England before re-locating back to the US. After feeding her 3 kids a natural diet over there, she was very frustrated with the meats and all of the hormones.. so when they put down roots here, they bought some property and started this natural meat business.

anyway, if anyone is interested in the exact info, let me know. i'll get up w/ my friend and find out the particulars. supposed to be very tasty meat.
