catalina doubling?

This may have been asked before but, will HT and Lowe's double catalina's?

If the catalina falls within the value that they will double (up to .99 for normal doubling, 1.98 for super doubles)
And if the catalina URL begins with a 5....Then they will double.
Usually the ones you earn at HT begin with 9, so they won't multiply. The ones earned elsewhere (Food Lion's for example) might.

Only manufacturer's Qs double. I think catalinas are store coupons.
