Ipod touch online deal?

I need to purchase 2 ipod touches. I am not near many stores and the only local store that looks like they have a deal is our tiny little Radio Shack @ 195ish with a $30 gift card. Not a great deal and I'm not sure what I would spend my gift card on.
Best Buy has the online deals posted and the Ipod touch is one, 195 and a $50 gift card, lot to buy there! Problem is it says 1 per customer. So anyone know how a customer is determined? Can I just do 2 transactions? Do I need different credit cards, addresses, IP addresses? Any help would be appreciated. Including a better deal
