This is Andrea Weigl, the food writer at The News & Observer in Raleigh.

I'm working on a story about slow cookers and wanted to find some people in the Triangle and in Charlotte to interview about how they put their slow cooker to best use. (This story will run in both the Raleigh and Charlotte papers; so that's why I'm looking for folks from both places.)
